Sofia on Holiday

This digital artwork started as an abstract pastel drawing in an art workshop I went to last year. Taking it into Procreate to have a play with the image, a figure emerged from the background and the rich warm colours suggested that this was a woman in a jaunty hat on holiday in an imagined Mediterrean landscape.
